Report a concern – External Whistleblower Channel

Everyone has the right and responsibility to report concerns. We urge our suppliers and collaborating third parties to voice any concerns and report any suspected or potential violations of laws, regulations, or internal company policies (including the Oluf Lorentzen Code of Conduct). These concerns may encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Work safety, health and security violations
  • Violations of environmental laws
  • Violations of human rights laws
  • Harassment and discrimination
  • Animal Welfare
  • Corruption
  • Conflicts of interests
  • Insider trading
  • Violations of competition laws

Please include following information:

  1. Description of the incident/concern/suspicion
  2. Date, time
  3. Location (country, city, organization, department, team)
  4. Evidence, if possible: any documents, photos, or other information supporting your concern.

When a report is received, an internal team conducts an initial assessment to determine the appropriate course of action. A thorough investigation is then carried out, ensuring confidentiality and anonymity for the reporter. Based on the findings, necessary actions are taken, and the reporter is informed of the outcome.

All steps are documented to maintain transparency and accountability.

The whistleblower's identity will be treated confidentially by all involved parties. Your identity will not be disclosed without your consent.

Oluf Lorentzen is committed to ensuring that no one faces retaliation for speaking up. We guarantee that reporting suspected violations in good faith will not negatively impact an individual's career.
